This hotel is to be avoided if there are more than 2 people staying. The customer service is to be questioned. On our stay here we asked for one extra blanket and one extra towel on our arrival. We had children in our room. It is the perogative of hotels around the world to fulfil a request like this as some people need more bedding than others. To our request they said that they didn t have any spare blankets or towels in the hotel. .. this I found very strange as I have family who own hotels and they have to provide extra blankets on request. They took the stance of wanting to charge us 25 pounds sterling per day to get the extra blanket. ... very shocking and petty. I would avoid this hotel if you take children as the management are very petty and will take money off you whenever they can. .. they are almost like thieves!
